We Rehabilitate

Healthcare Services
Skilled Nursing
We seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term and short-term care residents who require a specialized program. Our goal is to assist and encourage each resident to achieve their highest practicable level of independence and return them to their prior level of function.
Post-Acute Rehabilitation
Therapy will be provided for individuals recovering from surgery, illness or injury. Residents will receive physical, occupational and speech therapy from compassionate and highly skilled therapists. Music and pet therapy will also be offered.
Wound Management
Our goal is to promote healing and prevent recurrence for each resident’s wound. We develop a custom treatment plan fit for each individual in their unique stage. Our specialized team monitors each wound site for signs of infection.
Tracheostomy Care
Our staff is trained in tracheostomy care and maintenance to prevent serious or even life-threatening complications. Our care program includes assessment, evaluation, suctioning, stoma care, dressing changes and much more.
IV Treatment
Our staff works with the attending physician to provide appropriate care to assist our patients who require IV treatment. Our IV treatment provides needed fluids, specialty medications, and nutritional supplements, as prescribed, to ensure a speedy recovery.
Hospice Care
We offer specialized care to help with maintaining or improving the quality of life for someone whose illness, disease or condition is unlikely to be cured. Each resident will be evaluated so that we can provide the most comfortable and appropriate individualized care plan.
Social Services
Our social service team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
Activities Program
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident’s stay. We employ outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities. We specialize our activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.
Transportation
We provide residents with a facility van for easy transportation to appointments, outings, and other fun activities. We are proud to provide this free van service Monday through Friday to all of our residents.
